We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Hound Lane. This policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
 
Physical Products
 
  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, items should be in their original condition (unless faulty).
  • We may offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.
 

Digital Content and Memberships

  • Digital products and memberships (including gated content) are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
  • If digital content is faulty (e.g., inaccessible due to our error), we will fix the issue or provide a refund.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, but refunds are not provided for unused portions unless required by law.
